The 287th Meeting was held at the St Levans Inn on Thursday
8th May 2014.

The 286th Minutes were proposed by GI Baker T, and Seconded
by G I Horswill
Social Secretary’s Report:
Only the Prez G I Potts and G I Luker at the moment are
going to the Ladies night so they will be heavily subsidised
by the association. Arrive at the front doors of the
Aquarium by 19:15 for a 19:45 sit down. We need to be out
of the dining area by 22:30 as this is the time the fishes
go to sleep. G I Baker will step into my shoes just before
the dinner to ensure a smooth running of the event. Dress Is
Black tie for Gents smart frocks for the ladies. Our patron
Sir Richard Ibbotson is attending.
The Mason’s lodge in Stoke has been booked for the
Gentleman’s evening 7th November and I am
probably off to India again in the first week of November.
GI Prout has kindly volunteered to investigate and run with
the proposed GI’s meeting in Gib for March 2015. Will
happen around Easter leave period.

Hello oppo sorry it’s been a while, right GI meeting in Gib
I have sounded out the following nelson’s flip flop or a pub
on gun wharf quay nice but expensive, I can also book a
place called the golf box. Accommodation in Britannia house
cost $45 a night sleeps 6 but sleeps 4 more comfortably. So
if you get 4 per room it will cost 310 per person per night,
just need a date and I’ll do the booking. Flights on average
around £150 return.

commencing 19.00 sharp.
Agenda as follows:
Arrival 6.30pm into the Pacific & Atlantic suits, both
rooms will have the bar open
The Cloakroom will be used to sell the merchandise...
7.30pm guests will be asked to make their way to the

8.00pm to 10.00 will be a rolling hog roast and buffet,

The casino bar closes at midnight and all function bars
The lounge bar will act as the residents bar and will
close at a predetermined time agreed with china fleet
and the T22 association.
Tickets are limited at 250 at a cost of £40.00 ea. This
will cover the cost of the above venue. Tickets will be
available for purchase via PayPal and coordinated
through Paris…. No one else can sell tickets to this
event, Paris will have complete control of issuing of
tickets and accounting.
