Thanked everyone who attended the Ladies Night. He
vehemently defended the accusation of negative vegetables;
coleslaw contains carrots & cabbage - vegetables.
One main point from this year’s event is that civilian
companies working in military establishments are pricing
themselves out of the equation for future locations. For
next year it is my intention to look at corporate venues
Another point was the lack of numbers attending this year’s
event. This will be looked at and discussed at the next

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALL
Blast from the Past:
I popped in to see Dennis Elliot whilst in Plymouth the
other day. He is still living in Eggbuckland / Crownhill
area. He has aged a little but is still in fine spirit. He
asked to be remembered.
There have been a couple of suggestions of late for
worthy recipients of the Presidents Charity Cash.
Regrettably, none have fallen under the ‘receive very little
funding’ caveat. The President has been looking around
(including the Devon Fee Wheelers) and an announcement will
be made at the June Meeting.
