The Funeral of David Danny Daniel took place at Portchester Crematorium at 1230 on Friday 7th October.....Danny was a Seadart Controller on HMS EXETER during the Falklands Conflict of 1982 and carried out many successful engagements. To this end his coffin will be dressed in Exeter's Battle Ensign flown throughout the Conflict.

Danny was also a staunch Member of various Associations, namely The Royal Navy Gunnery Instructors Association, The Type 42 Association & HMS EXETER Association and Association Standards will be paraded to pay their respects...

Danny fought for many years against his illness, and despite this he always remained upbeat and cheerful....He supported all of the Associations he was affiliated to and marched regularly at The Cenotaph with the T42A....All are encouraged to attend...Rig Blazers Medals etc...and for those who wish LOUD Ties as he was renowned for them when he worked at Nynex!!...Thank You RIP Danny Daniel
